This role is ideal for an individual with a minimum of 3 years residential drafting experience with exposure to design, who is eager to transition into a full-time design role.
Key Responsibilities: Creating detailed ArchiCad sketches for our Senior Design Consultants based on write-ups providedLiaising with internal departments and external parties to resolve design and construction challengesProvide advice and guidance to our Sales team on design issues and suggestions on how to enhance designsKey Capabilities: Certificate IV in Residential Drafting or Diploma of Building Design and TechnologyMinimum 3 years Perth based experience with a high-volume project home builderComprehensive construction knowledge including thorough understanding of R-Codes and NCC requirementsProficiency in ArchiCad with a portfolio demonstrating your skillsAbility to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong verbal and written communication, with excellent time managementA solid work ethic and a strong team playerIf you are Perth based, meet the key requirements and ready to take your design experience to the next level, please forward your resume with a covering letter to:
