We are looking for a permanent full-time Dispensary Technician to join our supportive and collaborative Slade Pharmacy team located onsite in the Epworth Eastern Hospital Box Hill. You'll deliver exceptional pharmacy services for our client hospitals and their patients with an innovative, multidisciplinary team of connected, caring people.
This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with shift start and finish times between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm.
In this role, you'll: Receive, dispense and supply medications for hospital inpatients and outpatientsAssist in processing and maintaining imprest levels, and managing hospital ward stockReconcile and manage prescriptions and patient medication discharge profilesProvide support to patients, carers and hospital staffProcess PBS claims and assist in producing medication profiles to hospital patients on dischargeConfidently complete administrative and record keeping dutiesAssist with patient account enquiriesWho are we looking for?
