Supported Independent Living As a SIL provider, Songbird offers disability accommodation and daily life assistance so that participants can achieve as much independence as possible. We provide 24/7 supported living homes throughout the Hunter region, including Maitland, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Cessnock, and beyond!

A Certificate III or higher in Disability, Individual Support or Aged Care , or be enrolled in your second year of study towards your higher qualification in a relevant field (required ) 1 years' experience within the Health, Care and/or Disability industry (required ) (behaviours and mental health experience preferred) A Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (required ) NDIS Worker Screen Check (required ) Valid Australian Driver Licence (Red Provisional – minimum) (required ) Why work for us?
