About the Opportunity We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Lifestyle Attendants to expand our team based in Pasadena, in the inner southern suburbs of Adelaide .
We are recruiting a team to support a soon-to-be onboarded customer for community participation shifts, 4-hours in length, twice weekly.
You will be apart of a collaborative team, delivering individualised and flexible support to make a positive impact and enhance the quality of life for our customers.
About You The successful applicant will have experience within a SIL environment and will show the following desired attributes: Experience and/or training working with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Bipolar Affective Disorder (BAD), Schizoaffective disorder and mild intellectual disabilities.
Previous experience in behaviour supports is essential.
Previous experience utilising intervention and de-escalation techniques to support emotional regulation.
Able to show initiative and work successfully both in a team environment and autonomously.
Passion, professionalism and integrity within their role.
Flexibility to cover teammates when sickness or leave occurs.
A willingness to work with participants, families, and relevant professionals to support the participants goals.
