Disability Support Worker (Working with Children)About this role:
Programmed Care are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Disability Support Workers to work ongoing rosters with clients in the Gungahlin community.
We have a variety of shifts available with ongoing rosters developed in advance.
This is a rewarding opportunity where you can really make a difference in the lives of your clients & empower them to achieve their goals.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Personal carePEG feedingMedicationChest physiotherapyKey criteria: Current Certificate III or IV Aged care, Individual Care, Disability or Community CareExperience with clients with complex needs in an Aged Care or Community settingExperience working with children in a professional settingValid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and current car insuranceCurrent First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)NDIS Workers Clearance (or willing to obtain)Working with Children CheckWhat we can provide to you: Great hourly rates paid weeklyAccess to our mobile app for managing your roster, availabilities, client information, shift tasks & timesheetsOngoing rosters & regular hoursImmediate start with full orientation providedWork with a supportive & collaborative teamAccess to ongoing learning opportunitiesFree CPR trainingBuild strong professional relationships with your clients & your teamTo express your interest, click APPLY now!
