Disability Support Worker-Registered Nurse

Job Description: Registered/Enrolled Nurse – Support Worker We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered/Enrolled Nurse to provide high-quality support services to individuals in need. In this role, you will assist participants with daily living activities, administer medications, monitor health conditions, and promote their well-being in accordance with care plans. As a key part of the care team, you will also provide emotional support, facilitate access to services, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with personal care and daily living activities.Administer medications and monitor participants' health status.Provide emotional support and promote independence.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and family members.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with care plans.Qualifications: Current nursing registration (AHPRA).Experience in disability, aged care, or community care (preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.This role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those you support.
