Join our Group home in Burwood. You will be responsible for providing support to our 5 male residents, with activities of daily living and developing, implementing, and monitoring Individual Plans including personal care. In this role you will work to facilitate the delivery of quality services and achieve positive outcomes with and for the clients within the house. Experience supporting people with complex behaviours & accessing the community with them is beneficial.
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is supporting people with disability in shared housing or in their own home, providing various supports including personal care and daily living assistance. You can expect to work across a 24/7 roster.

The roster details for each are outlined as fortnightly hours below: Roster Hours: Permanent Part Time Fortnight 1: 69:45Fortnight 2: 69:15This roster is a mix of full day shifts and some afternoon shifts – No sleep overs.
