Hourly Rate: $32.21 + 25% loading for casuals (plus shift penalties where applicable). 
Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging options available for all staff (up to $15,900/pa).

About the role
We are searching for motivated, caring, and compassionate female disability support workers with good availability to work on a casual basis. The desired candidate must have experience supporting clients with challenging behaviours and be available to do sleepovers as well as awake shifts. The ideal candidate should be able to work with external provider plans such as mealtime management and behaviour support plans. You will be required to support our clients with household chores, meal preparation, personal care, and other daily living activities. You must be reliable and committed to providing consistency and building trust with our clients.

All staff are required to hold a valid NSW Driver's Licence (P2/Full), own a comprehensively insured vehicle, and a willingness to use it to transport clients if necessary. A First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one) is also required.
As we work with vulnerable people, the successful candidate will also be required to undergo a  NDIS worker screening check.
