As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring positive outcomes for our clients, and ensuring that they achieve their goals.
Moving away from the mundane Day Options model, we are looking for staff to provide active support to our amazing clients, where you will assist them with both community access, and engaging in our tailored programmed activities, delivered from the Lifestyle Precinct in Brighton.
Shift times are available from 9:00- 15:30, Monday – Friday, to assist in the seamless delivery of support throughout the day and are a fantastic way of experiencing all that the MyPath services have to offer.
What you will do in this role: You'll understand clients' goals and form genuine relationships You'll create an exceptional experience You'll be empowered to develop programmes to assist clients in achieving goals You'll provide heartfelt service and create personalised moments to deliver an extraordinary experience.
You'll leverage your personality to build true community and create an environment where clients love spending time.
You'll be empowered to find ways to give our members that little bit extra... especially when it's unexpected.
