Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specialising in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.
The Role:
We are currently looking for a Disability Support Worker for ongoing work, to partner with a male participant in his 30's who sustained a traumatic brain injury.
Our participant is based in Shepparton, VIC and requires assistance with his daily routine and accessing the community.
We currently have multiple 4-6 hour shifts available from Monday to Sunday between 9am-3pm.

Pay Rates: Day - $38.75 per hourSaturday $54.25 per hourSunday $69.75 per hour$0.96 travel allowance (applies only to community access when travelling with participant)Key Responsibilities: Assistance with personal care and hygiene, if requiredDomestic assistance - cleaning, washing, meal preparation etcTransportation - community access, health-related appointments, social events etcAssist with daily routine including scheduling and task managementDaily monitoring and reporting of his current health conditionsCompanionship and capacity buildingSkills & Experiences: Australian Driver Licence and registered vehicleCurrent National Police ClearanceCurrent Blue CardCurrent Yellow CardFirst Aid & CPR CertificateReliable, proactive, and positive attitudeMust be available for immediate startIf you meet the above criteria and are interested in the role, please apply now!
