Responsibilities: Assistance with daily living (including personal care)Community access and transportMaintain and monitor person-centred plansDocumenting and progress note keepingTaking clients to appointmentsMinimum Requirements: Experience supporting clients with disability and/or mental health diagnosis (essential)Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle (essential)Current Provide First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain prior to commencement (essential)Certificate III in Individual Support, Community Services or similar, or willingness to obtain (desirable)Skills: Excellent Customer Service skillsPassionate about delivering Person-Centred careJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $23.00 – $46.00 per hour
