ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities.Physically capable of hoisting and manual handling.Build strong rapport and trust with the individuals you support and their primary caregivers.Work within a rotational roster, with shifts in the mornings, afternoons, sleepovers, and weekends.Permanent positions with opportunities for growth and advancement.About YouPrevious experience in personal care and disability support is highly desirable.Certificate III or IV in Disability or similar industry qualifications.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.A compassionate and caring approach to providing support.A commitment to professional development and continuous learning.Own reliable transport.National Police Check, Yellow Card, and Blue Card.Your application will include the following questions:
