How you'll make an impact Due to continuous and exciting growth, we're currently recruiting for multiple Disability Support Workers to join our team throughout Geelong. You'll be responsible for providing quality services and safeguards to our Participants with an emphasis on skill and capacity building to encourage independence and confidence for meaningful and active inclusion in society.
Essential to the role will be a thorough understanding of mental health disorders and Behaviours of Concern, and an ability to maintain professional boundaries and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
A day in the life as a Disability Support Worker with CareChoice may see you supporting our Participant with:

There is a particular need for Support Workers who are available for sleepover shifts throughout the week. About you As a passionate, reliable, and experienced Disability Support Worker, you'll have experience with providing quality care services, implementing behavioural strategy supports and building rapport with Participants. Ideally, you'll have a:
