A positive approach, initiative and self-motivationA willingness to be committed to empowering our clients to reach their goalsEffective communication skills, and good English literacy to communicate well with our clientsThe ability to work collaboratively in a diverse teamA willingness to support clients with personal care activitiesAustralian Driver LicenceThe right to work in AustraliaThe ability to get a First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certificate if you don't already have one.A Certificate IV in Disability, relevant work experience or an interest in community services would be great, if you already have any of these. If not, don't worry as Yooralla provides excellent training and support, and can even support you to work and study.
