About the role Your role centers on supporting people with disability to live meaningful lives, and actively drive their own decisions and goals.
Delivering personalised support in a group home setting Assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication and manual handling Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent Supporting clients with transport e.g.
