Job Responsibilities Supervising a team in the provision of residential care and support (including personal care and all activities of daily living) and individual support to adults with disability in a supported independent living residential setting. Coordinating the staffing arrangements for your team (including rosters, schedules and NDIS / other funding requirements / completing performance appraisals). Ensuring the ongoing development of a strong, effective and collaborative team. Planning, implementing and evaluating programs suitable to the individual care needs and interest of people with disability. Undertaking all required administrative tasks in a timely manner. Experience in a similar role including supervising the delivery of services to people with a disability. Demonstrated experience in team leadership, staff management and the provision of a safe, supportive and productive team environment. Previous experience planning, implementing and evaluating programs suitable to the individual needs and interest of people with disability. NDIS Worker Screening Validation. A current Class C drivers' licence. A current First Aid Certificate. Ability to obtain a satisfactory Criminal History Check. Working with Children Check. To apply, please click Apply.
