As a Service Leader, you will play an essential role in providing high-quality services for the people we support and their families, while leading an amazing team of support workers. We're looking for someone who is dedicated, compassionate, and brings their personal sparkle to every interaction, making a meaningful impact in their lives.
In this role, you'll work closely with our team to ensure positive behaviour support plans, team development, and adherence to our mission and values. Flexibility in working various shifts is preferred.
