What You'll Do: As a Disability Employment Coach, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' employment journeys.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Goal Setting & Action Planning: Helping participants set achievable goals and map out the steps to reach them.Employment Preparation: Offering hard and soft skills training, confidence building, and job readiness coaching.Job Skills Analysis: Assessing employment skills and providing counselling and guidance.On-the-Job Coaching: Supporting participants through volunteering, work experience, or paid employment—both in small groups and individually.Post-Placement Support: Offering ongoing support to both participants and employers to ensure long-term success.About You: Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is dedicated to fostering inclusion for people with disabilities within the community.
You're someone who can balance the demands of coaching and mentoring with the necessary administration and compliance tasks.
