Administration Services are looking for a Director's Secretary to join their supportive team at the Princess Alexandra Hospital. The primary function of Administration Services is to provide and co-ordinate a diverse range of administrative services that support the Clinical Divisions in the delivery of client centred health care.

About the Role Complete general administration and secretarial duties including mail, typing, formatting, photocopying, data entry, filing as well as creating and maintaining spreadsheets.Prepare and distribute agendas for meetings, source and organise venue, facilities, equipment and catering if required, and record and prepare confidential minutes of meetings.Act as primary point of contact for the unit for all incoming and outgoing communication.Coordinate leave, movement and payroll forms related to Payroll reports and review fortnightly.Find out about the role in more detail and how to apply in the attached Role Description.
