Director Technology Operations And Cyber Security

About the role As the Director Technology Operations and Cyber Security, you will oversee a team across operational security, ICT assets and services, information management and infrastructure services to provide a seamless end user experience across the NHVR.

As a key strategic contributor, you will be pivotal in the execution of the technology roadmap and fostering innovation, digital transformation, and cultivating a security-first culture. Your goal will be to deliver operational excellence as we mature and consolidate applications, systems and services across our geographically dispersed portfolio.

Reporting directly to the Chief Data and Technology Officer this will be a positive and impressive program of work requiring exceptional strategic capability to balance diverse stakeholder groups, operational excellence and security. To be successful in this role it's important that you:

have experience working with a geographically dispersed team. demonstrate people leadership and high-level engagement capability to foster a continuous improvement culture. have successfully led significant transformational change initiatives across multi-channel operating environments for large-scale businesses. are a seasoned technology practitioner with deep expertise across technology operations and cybersecurity. have exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate and influence at the executive and board level are resilient, agile, and customer centric. This position is based in Brisbane. Ongoing travel will be a requirement of the role, and you will be supported by your peers, leaders and corporate teams.
