Deliver reform across 000VIC and the Emergency Management Sector 3 year Executive Contract About Triple Zero Victoria Triple Zero Victoria (000VIC) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state's emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria's 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.

About the Role An exciting and rare opportunity presents for an experienced and exceptional technology transformation leader to join Triple Zero Victoria (000VIC) in the position of Director, Strategic Data. The Director, Strategic Data is a key leadership position within 000VIC's executive team delivering reform across 000VIC and the Emergency Management Sector.
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this role will be responsible for delivering the 000VIC transformation data program in line with the ICT Strategy and funded Technology Roadmap.
As the Director Strategic Data, your responsibilities include:
D esign, plan and establish the 000VIC Data Transformation Program Data and integration capability Provide strategic vision, leadership and oversight of the design, delivery and continuous improvement of data capability and integration across the 000VIC Transformation Program to deliver future benefits to 000VIC and the emergency services sector Lead multi-disciplinary teams comprising subject matter experts from multiple data and Information and Communications Technology (ICT) domains, with a clear focus on positive staff wellbeing, continued skill development, and shared organisational learning. Plan, prioritise and deploy capability and capacity in support of branch, business and whole-of-government data priorities, working closely with senior leaders across 000VIC and the emergency sector Develop and manage all key program and project artefacts in accordance with 000VIC's Project Management Framework and DTF's High Value High Risk framework, including detailed Program Management Plan If successful, you will be offered a Senior Executive Services (SES) contract for three years. You may also be required to travel to our other sites and to work out of hours to ensure the success of your program, alternating between Burwood East, Williams Landing and Ballarat.
About You You will be an experienced leader, with extensive and relevant experience in delivering large scale strategic programs of work within a complex mission critical organisation providing a 24/7 service. Well-grounded in technology, you will have a strong and practical understanding of project financial management, project management, people leadership, customer management and stakeholder engagement. It is expected that the Director Strategic Data will possess highly developed problem-solving skills and the ability to be a forward-thinking leader.
