Colliers Residential is seeking a Director of Residential to join our Newcastle office. We look to appoint a seasoned development site sales and project/land marketing professional that has expertise in strategy development, winning new business, client engagement and team leadership.

You will lead each division including development site sales, project/land marketing and general agency, alongside a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to achieving outstanding sales targets and delivering exceptional results.
