Procurement ACT seeks to fill a crucial role as director within its dedicated Probity Advisory Services team. If you're poised to infuse your energy into supporting the bodies in the ACT Government to uphold unwavering ethical standards in procurement, and to proactively improve our probity practices, then this opportunity beckons.In this capacity, and together with the Senior Director of Probity Advisory Services, you serve as the lead authority on probity matters. Your objective? Providing customer focussed, timely accurate and practical probity advice to support procuring entities to meet their legislative requirements relating to probity.Here's a succinct overview of your primary responsibilities:Provision of ad-hoc probity-related counsel to ACT Government agenciesFunctioning as a probity advisor for procurements spanning across ACT Government agenciesFacilitation of referrals of ACT Government agencies to external probity advisors, auditors, and legal advisorsDelivery of presentations, training sessions, and other capacity-building endeavours tailored for ACT Government agenciesThe impact of your work will be significant.
