Director/Principal Lawyer – Administrative Law About the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (NDIS Commission) The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (the Commission) is a regulator established on 1 July 2018 as an independent agency under section 181A of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (the NDIS Act) to improve the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services. The Commission is the dedicated national regulator of NDIS service providers in Australia. Are you the ideal candidate? We are looking for an exceptional leader to lead the Administrative Review and Governance team as Director. The role of Director, Administrative Review and Governance is a busy and fast-paced role. The work is interesting, challenging, and rewarding. The Director leads a wonderful team of people and makes a tangible positive impact on the lives of people with disability. The Director is responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership in each of the functions of the team, in addition to ensuring the overall success of the Legal Services and Internal Integrity Division. Key Duties:
Provide strategic and technical leadership to the Administrative Review and Governance team. Ensure the success of the Legal Services and Internal Integrity Division.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate the following capabilities: Minimum Mandatory Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in administrative law. Strong leadership skills. Excellent communication abilities.
