The Director, Performance and People will provide leadership, advice and direction across a range of performance-enabling functions that are critical to the success of the Queensland Human Rights Commission (QHRC). With strong business acuity, the Director will lead the Commission's planning and budgeting cycles as well as the development of critical frameworks and processes across a broad portfolio of corporate services.

Key areas of impact will be elevating people management, information technology management, financial management and governance practices and capability within the QHRC.
