Support over 4000 Victorian Public Service staff Leadership of 67 FTE staff $225,000 to $290,600 TRP Department of Education The department leads the delivery of education and development services to children, young people and adults both directly through government schools and indirectly through the regulation and funding of early childhood services, non-government schools and training programs.
Director People Services Reporting to the Executive Director People, Strategy & Operations, we seek an inspirational executive with expertise leading recruitment services, payroll and reporting functions of similar scale and complexity. You'll demonstrate an exceptional record of client service in managing end-to-end HR Operations and recruitment to attract and retain high-quality employees and promote a workplace culture of high performance.
Leveraging data analytics, evidence and staff feedback; you'll implement innovative solutions to develop timely and efficient recruitment and payroll services through streamlining systems and processes that enhance user experience. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement you'll engender a client-first approach that places staff at the centre of service delivery.
Your leadership approach will reflect a commitment to the recognition of differences, fairness and respect towards all staff whilst ensuring that activities are delivered in accordance with the department's public sector values: Responsiveness, Integrity, Impartiality, Accountability, Respect, Leadership and Human Rights.
