Position Overview: As the Director of People & Culture (P&C), reporting to the CEO and as an active member of the leadersihip team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of high performance and best practice employee engagement to support the future strategy.
This role offers both strategic and operational expertise to employees on all people related matters including performance and talent management, organisational design and development, engagement, reward and recognition, HR Systems and industrial relations and compliance matters.
The Director of P&C will work towards ensuring there are the right tools in place to promote a positive, high performing workplace culture and ensuring the ongoing development and support of team members, leaders and emerging leaders.
This leadership role will identify and implement initiatives which position the organisation as an employer of choice.

Required Skills & Experience: We are seeking to attract HR professionals who provide proven HR leadership experience in a similar role or are ready to step into a Director role with minimal gaps.
Technical expertise in all elements of the HR function including people strategy development (and execution), HRIS implementation, workplace relations, talent, leadership development, engagement, performance development, rewards and payroll management is essential.
Of utmost importance is the ability to seamlessly straddle the strategic and operational activities whilst demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to motivate, inspire others and facilitate change.
Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to relate genuinely with people at all levels will be key.

Your industry experience will be diverse and varied, including prior experience working within organisations that are renowned for contemporary, best practice people programs.
