Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving strategic direction and developing organisational capability?
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Director to lead our People and Culture Directorate.
Would you like to work in a genuinely exciting, flexible and friendly work environment, which offers its people a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, working at home, in the field or in the office to help support you and get the best results possible for our community? Well-developed leadership skills with a superior ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships, along with exceptional communication and negotiation skills will be key to your success in this role.
