The role The Director People and Culture fosters a positive, inclusive, and dynamic workplace environment.
In this senior role, you will lead the strategic direction of the People and Culture Directorate and steer the strategic people initiatives including employee experience, talent acquisition and management and organisational change.
Your guidance will be invaluable as you oversee the identification, development, and implementation of the people centric enabling strategies in the department's Strategic Plan such as cultural leadership, HR strategy and planning, employee engagement and well-being, work design, legal compliance and risk management, employee relations, diversity, equity and inclusion, training and development and data and analytics.
Well-developed leadership skills with a superior ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships, along with exceptional communication and negotiation skills will be key to your success in this role.

While this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other similar vacancies (permanent, fixed-term, full-time or part-time) within the department for the next 24 months, from the date that the recruitment breach period has been finalised.
