You will provide strategic advice to senior management and stakeholders and lead a large section, which translates legislation, policy, strategy and operational requirements to achieve high quality payroll outcomes. You will lead and drive the payroll agenda within PM&C, while fostering a shared sense of purpose and improving the performance of a Section delivering payroll, HR system and helpdesk functions.As a leader within the Shared Services Branch, you will work across pay and client services, HR systems capability development, and HR system controls and assurance, to drive, influence, design and collaborate on a range of people-related matters and the systems that support them. You will use your leadership skills and experience to create a strong professional culture, demonstrating your ability to think strategically, innovatively and by being open to new ideas.
