To help address this, the Health Infrastructure Queensland (HIQ), in partnership with Hospital and Health Services (HHS), is leading the biggest hospital expansion program Queensland has ever seen. The program includes building three new hospitals, expanding 11, upgrading rural and regional health facilities and delivering thousands of new hospital beds in the next five years. In addition, the intent is for this to be the first tranche of a 15-year program of infrastructure investments. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operational Commissioning & Furniture Fixtures Equipment (FFE), you will be responsible for leading and managing the Operational Commissioning team within HIQ, working collaboratively with key stakeholders to build consistent and effective operational commissioning tools, templates and practices. You will take a proactive approach to engaging with system-wide stakeholders and building positive connected partnerships to ensure best practice planning and quality improvement frameworks are in place.

About you The Director, Operational Commissioning must have experience in leading operational commissioning activities to support a health facility go live. The other essential requirements for the role include:
