As the Director of Visit California, you will be working exclusively for Gate 7, which has been partnered with Visit California since 2006.
This is an elevated role that provides an opportunity to lead a team and influence the creative direction of a renowned brand.Key Responsibilities:Fully take over the client relationship, allowing the current Director to transition into a strategy-focused role.Manage a team of 3 people.Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to drive outcomes.Embody and promote company values: energy giver, courageous spirit, achievement focused, better together.Engage in business development and creative strategy.Qualifications:Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.Background in travel and lifestyle sectors.Willingness and ability to travel internationally 3-4 times a year and 2-3 times domestically.Creative mindset with excellent execution skills.Work Schedule:
