Position: Director of Staff and Student Enhancement Secondary
Contract Details: Full time, permanent position
Job Summary:
The Director of Staff and Student Enhancement Secondary will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our secondary division, including recruitment, training, and support for our education professionals.
In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible candidates for their schools.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our education professionals, ultimately leading to improved outcomes for students.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment process for the secondary division, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure they meet our high standards of excellence.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to understand their staffing needs and provide them with the best possible candidates.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to our education professionals, including conducting performance evaluations, addressing any issues or concerns, and offering professional development opportunities.
Create and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our education professionals, with a focus on improving student outcomes.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in education to continuously improve our services and offerings.
Collaborate with other directors and team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery across all divisions.
Monitor and analyze data and metrics to track the success of our recruitment and training efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for the secondary division to drive growth and success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, with a focus on secondary education.
Previous experience in recruitment and/or training and development preferred.
Strong understanding of education policies, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, education professionals, and team members.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and objectives.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and recruitment events.
