The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing an inter-school sport competition pathway for students in Years 4 to 12, promoting a culture of sportsmanship and physical well-being within the College. This role is crucial in inspiring and motivating our students to achieve their highest potential in sports.Key Responsibilities:Inter-School Sports Pathway: Develop and implement a comprehensive inter-school sport competition pathway, providing opportunities for students in Years 4 to 12 to participate in competitive sports.Promotion of Sports: Promote and enhance the profile of sports within the College community, encouraging participation and fostering a love for physical activity.High-Performance Programs: Direct and oversee high-performance co-curricular sporting programs across Years 7 to 12, ensuring the provision of quality training and development opportunities for student athletes.Competitive Athlete Programme Leadership: Lead the Competitive Athlete Programme, identifying and nurturing talent, and supporting athletes to achieve their full potential.Facilities and Resource Management: Manage sports facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and equipped to support various sporting activities.
