Director Of Nursing

A fantastic opportunity to work with a great team at Bendigo Day Surgery which has a focus of providing patients with the highest level of care.
As the Director of Nursing, you will be required to lead the development and implementation of the nursing workforce, improve patient outcomes and implement and improve patient flow.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Director of Nursing will have previous demonstrated experience working within a hospital environment as well as experience with providing strategic and nursing leadership.
About you: Proven experience working within a senior leadership role Demonstrated experience leading nursing workforce teams and relevant clinical professionals Have a thorough understanding of the regulations, policies and best practice Previous experience working with budgets Theatre nursing background What you need: Relevant tertiary education within a Bachelor of Nursing Full and Current AHPRA Registration Experience leading and managing a team Clear and Concise communication skills If you are looking to be a part of something bigger where your input will be valued, then this could be the change you have been looking for.
