Cabra Dominican College is seeking an outstanding candidate for the POR 4 position of Director of Mission and Identity to commence 21 January 2025 and ending January 2029.
The position is a POR 4 with a time release of a minimum of 6.5 hours per week.
Please note: A permanent full-time teaching position underpins this position of responsibility in accordance with the SA Catholic Schools Enterprise Agreement 2020.
The Director of Mission and Identity works with the Principal and the Executive Leadership Team to foster the ethos of Cabra Dominican College as a Catholic school in the Dominican tradition.
The Director of Mission and Identity ensures the ongoing development of the College's Catholic identity in a contemporary and life-giving manner. In addition, the Director of Mission and Identity oversees the leadership of mission, retreat and reflection program, liturgy, and Religious Education.
The Director of Mission and Identity will work collaboratively with the Principal, Deputy Principals and Mission Coordinator to contribute to the development of strategic mission and identity initiatives and foster an inclusive, contemporary faith community, inviting all to be co-contributors to the ongoing Catholic Dominican story.
