Managing and leading the marketing and admissions teamsDeveloping and implementing marketing, recruitment and admissions functions within the CollegeCollaborating with Navitas and Western Sydney University source country sales and marketing teamsDeveloping business relationships and implementing recruitment, brand and market strategies to achieve agreed short and long term targetsDeveloping and managing the marketing budgetThe person we seek will ideally have the following: Tertiary level qualifications, preferably at postgraduate level, in a marketing or related discipline, together with extensive marketing and sales managerial experienceExtensive knowledge of sales and marketing in the international student marketProven ability to initiate, lead and implement marketing strategies which have significantly contributed to growthWorking knowledge of technology underpinning marketing strategiesHighly developed interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skillsA creative approach to strategic planning and business developmentA capacity to work effectively within a matrix structure, with focus on collaborating with and influencing various stakeholdersThe ability to provide leadership and build an effective teamThe ability to create and communicate compelling and resonating value propositionsA strong work ethic, integrity and team skillsThe ability to take research and data and translate findings into strategy and actionThe capacity to understand the difference between recruitment (sales) and marketing and move effortlessly between the twoThe ability to drive a competitive "speed to market" strategyMeet the fit and proper person requirements as outlined in Section 9 of the Education Services for Overseas Student Act 2000Experience in working in an international education environmentWhat we can offer you: First class modern facilities.Collegial and collaborative environment with a commitment to education.Health & Wellbeing packages which includes free counselling for employees.About Us Western Sydney University International College is a TEQSA accredited Higher Education Provider, located in Parramatta (Sydney).
