As Director of ICT at Gateways you will:
Lead ICT strategy development aligned with company goals, including technology evaluation and investment recommendations. Collaborate with leadership to align ICT with business objectives and address challenges. Create and maintain a 3-Year Digital Strategy and technology roadmap. Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within scope and budget. Coordinate ICT governance and information protection efforts. Provide strategic leadership to the ICT team, promoting innovation and diversity. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts. Develop and manage the ICT budget, monitoring expenditures. Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are implemented and maintained. Let's talk about you!
Do you possess the following qualifications and skills?
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA considered an advantage. Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing ICT strategy, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive business results. Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, enterprise architecture principles, and project management methodologies. Experience in and understanding of the people, resource and systems challenges of the human services sector and the not for profit sector is desirable but not essential Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
