You will oversee their Engineering Division (19); from advising on engineering principles to mentoring more junior engineers, you will set the tone of the department. To be chosen for this role, you must have people leadership experience with a background in chemical, mechanical, or automation engineering. Your appetite for innovation and intellectual curiosity will not be stifled here. Responsibilities Oversee and direct the engineering department (4 Direct/15 Indirect)Establish and enforce engineering standards and guidelinesInvestigate and resolve issues by identifying and addressing root causesInterpret blueprints, customer specifications, and requirementsDrive internal research and development efforts for new productsLead internal initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiencyEnsure project specifications adhere to top-quality standardsServe as a catalyst for change within the facilityPromote and enforce safety protocols throughout the facilityEnsure projects meet schedule, budget, and resource constraintsMeet with stakeholders to review program status and goalsMonitor and manage the department budgetTravel as necessary (Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering requiredPeople leadership experience required10+ years of engineering experience requiredChemical, mechanical, or automation engineering background required
