Job Summary
TAFE NSW is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team as the Director of Engagement, Partnerships and Growth.
This pivotal role is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and support to geographically dispersed teams to deliver key community engagement, partnerships, and business growth projects and drive our organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong cross-functional and external stakeholder relationships.
Align priorities and outcomes with NSW government social and economic objectives.
Lead a high-performing team in accordance with TAFE NSW's core values.
Deliver prompt and strategic advice on sensitive issues.
About You
Along with your exceptional communication skills, you have demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and drive impactful change.
Your extensive senior leadership experience will enable you to build and lead a high-performing team aligning to TAFE NSW's core values of integrity, collaboration, excellence, and a customer-first attitude.
Proven experience in probity and a strong understanding of the public sector, including government policies and procedures, is essential.
Your strong connection with, and insight into living, working, and serving in diverse communities will be invaluable.
