WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING The Director of Corporate Services and Finance (DCS&F) position is responsible for the management and leadership of all corporate services within the Hospital. The DCS&F provides support to the General Manager in relation to financial management, reporting and monitoring.
The DCS&F is a member of the Executive team of the Hospital and has a diverse portfolio, which includes: Administration Services; Engineering Services (shared with SLHD Engineering); Finance; Food Services (shared with NSW HealthShare); IT Services (Shared with SLHD IM&TD Department); Security Services (contracted).

THE REQUIREMENTS Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health or business-related subject, or relevant extensive equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience. Demonstrated high-level communication, written, and negotiation skills, in order to manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders with competing interests. Demonstrated superior leadership and management skills, particularly with staff and budgetary resources, with a focus on providing high-quality service provision, whilst able to present a credible and authoritative image.
