About the role
As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will report directly to the EGM of Queensland.
You will be responsible for the commercial performance of your division, as well as training, developing, and mentoring your team to ensure our clients and candidates receive best-in-industry service and experience.
You will need to: Be an enterprise thinker with a holistic view of our business.Prioritise the growth and well-being of your team.Excel in multitasking and setting clear priorities.Enjoy engaging with clients and managing diverse projects.Be passionate about positioning yourself, your team, and Troocoo as a market leader.Key Responsibilities Build strategic business plans for both the division and individual team members that align with the wider Troocoo Business Strategy.Take full ownership and responsibility for the divisional P&L and manage revenue and costs accordingly.Play an active role as a member of the SLT to support all Troocoo employees and actively promote Troocoo values.Identify new potential team members and integrate new hires into the division and wider business.Develop new client relationships and manage existing client and candidate relationships at a tactical and strategic level, contributing to client engagement, retention, and exploring other opportunities for the Troocoo wider business.About you You possess a strong level of business acumen driving operational and strategic decision making.Ability to foster exceptional relationships to lead and support your team.The ability to self-motivate towards operational goals and motivate others to deliver outcomes.Highly confident and knowledgeable in order to understand the requirements of our clients and create innovative solutions.Set, manage and perform to individual and divisional KPIs.Ability to deliver consistency in a professional recruitment methodology.Role models Troocoo values and Behavioural Principals.What we offer
