The role will focus on two key areas:Retail Market Expansion: You will lead our marketing and customer acquisition efforts through strategic marketing, advertising, event sponsorship, and brand-building activities.Institutional Relationships: You will develop and strengthen partnerships with schools, educational leaders, and other key stakeholders to promote TPRA's wide range of services and products, offering schools resources such as our renowned publications, admissions advice, and support for college-bound students.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a business development strategy targeting both the retail market and institutional clients, including schools and other educational organisations.Build and maintain strong relationships with school leaders, career advisors, and talent development departments.Plan and execute workshops, events, and sponsorship activities to enhance TPRA's brand presence.Collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand awareness through digital campaigns, advertising, and event sponsorships.Provide schools with TPRA's high-quality resources, including publications and admissions advice, to support their student development programs.Leverage The Princeton Review's global brand while building a strong presence in the Australian market.Coordinate with related businesses such as ECE and JPI Education to align initiatives and maximize opportunities within the JPI Global network.Travel may be required from time to time for events, school meetings, and business development activities.Skills & Experience Required:Proven experience in business development, ideally within the education sector, particularly working with schools or educational organisations.Strong network within the Australian school sector.Marketing expertise, with a focus on customer acquisition, event planning, and brand-building campaigns.Knowledge of the US university admissions process is highly desirable.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with key educational stakeholders.A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for education and helping students succeed.What We Offer:A competitive base salary between A$120,000 to A$150,000, based on experience and qualifications.Bonus potential of 10% to 25% of the base salary, tied to performance and business development targets.Superannuation in line with Australian standards.Professional development opportunities and the chance to shape the future of TPRA's business development strategies.Travel allowances for business-related activities.Ready to Drive TPRA's Growth in Australia?If you're a driven and results-oriented leader in education business development, we want to hear from you!
