Trinity College Located approximately 30km north of Adelaide, Trinity College is a multi-school, Anglican, co-educational college of excellence open to all in a disciplined, caring Christian environment. The largest school in South Australia, 750 staff provide premium educational experiences to over 4,000 students over six campuses.  Trinity also includes a significant sport, arts, wellbeing and community precinct known as STARplex.
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, the Director of Business Administration also works closely with the Trinity College Head and wider Executive Team in the leadership and management of a diverse range of operational functions across the College footprint.  Delivering regulatory assurance, key areas of responsibility of this position include:
compliance with a wide range of regulatory, legislative and associated government reporting requirements;oversight of the administration and registration of enrolments;providing general governance, regulation and compliance support and advice to all College leaders.policy, internal audit, insurance, data privacy and complaints management;liaison with funding, licensing and local government entities;leading, developing and motivating the dedicated office administration, OSHC and safety and risk teams;recruitment and workforce planning activities for education support and OSHC service staff;providing general governance, regulation and compliance support and advice to all College leaders.Applications are encouraged from suitably qualified professionals with demonstrated experience in a comparable role within a complex and regulated public or private organisation.  Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build and sustain positive relationships with key stakeholders will be essential, as will a genuine commitment to a customer-centric approach.  Experience in a number of the above functions is essential, however previous education sector experience is not.  Most important is the ability to provide all stakeholders with comfort regarding sound governance and compliance and administrative support.
