About the Role
As the Director, you'll be at the helm of our Northern Queensland operation - ensuring continued growth and excellence. This is one of our largest regional hubs and has a team running from Townsville and Mackay. Reporting to the QLD Regional State Director, you'll collaborate with professionals to ensure operational standards are met and exceeded. With strong administration support, national systems in place and a true one team culture, you will be able to hit the ground running. This position is open to candidates based in either Townsville or Mackay. We are also open to candidates who are looking to move to either of these locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare comprehensive reports for the State Director. Serve as a reputable ambassador for Acumentis, enhancing our profile and reputation through quality work and stakeholder engagement. Champion risk management and compliance efforts, contributing to a culture of excellence and accountability. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, supporting professional development and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Complete all allocated valuations to a high quality, in a professional manner, within required timeframes, and in accordance with company requirements and client instructions. Cultivate a network of valuers and clients, driving business growth and market presence. Desired Attributes:
Over 10 years of property valuation experience, with a proven track record of success. Strong knowledge of industry standards and local property markets. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technologies.
