Purpose: The Director for Immunoglobulins (IG) Portfolio, Primary Immunodeficiency (PID), develops and implements brand and disease area strategy for the CSL Behring international (INT) region.
You will be the vanguard of improving sales growth through a combination of market expansion and brand adoption strategies that align across a diverse international region while also addressing local market needs.
Your role will involve collaboration and co-creation with teams and affiliates.
The focus is on inline CSL Behring brands and may include future product launches (once assets are in the L-36-month time horizon), ensuring that there is a fit for purpose go-to-market strategy through pan-regional integrated marketing guides, programs, and tactics, for localization and implementation across the affiliate network.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities Leadership Lead the development of brand / disease area strategy and marketing programs for the INT region that meet the needs of each group and major markets that align with corporate goals (e.g., margin, price) ensuring responsiveness to local market dynamics and healthcare regulations. Be the subject matter expert and "go-to" marketing partner for affiliates.
Live the vision of creating a professional, world class international marketing organization that inspires affiliate teams. Lead the IG International Brand Team (IBT) and advocate for Marketing, Medical Affairs and Market Access (3M) partnership and collaboration promoting a culture of continuous development and improvement. Collaborate with the broader team including General Managers, regulatory and analytics, business effectiveness and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans. Strategic Thinking Develop and implement marketing strategies for the INT region, ensuring understanding of the portfolio, CSL Behring goals, and local market needs. Ensure strategies are developed for prioritized archetypes with each affiliate, ensuring positioning and messaging tailored to diverse cultural and regulatory environments. Identify lifecycle management opportunities to ensure sustained growth and market presence and help develop strategies to maximize the value of relevant brands throughout its lifecycle. Operational Execution Develop aligned customer-focused brand plans and enable a disciplined implementation across the INT region. Establish indicators to track the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Review performance data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies. Build region-wide confidence in portfolio/brand strategies and plans and establish a culture of good practice sharing. Guide comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape across different countries in the region.
Use these insights to inform strategic decisions, identify opportunities and optimize marketing plans. Manage the brand / disease area budget, ensuring resources are allocated to maximize return on investment.
Monitor and report on budget expenditures. Ensure that all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
Follow industry guidelines and company policies to maintain the integrity and reputation of the brands. Champion ethical marketing practices across the affiliates. Qualifications: 10+ years' healthcare experience with 8 years' brand sales and marketing experience in pharmaceuticals or biotech sector. Experience establishing brand strategy and driving executional excellence, exceeding goals. Experience driving above country marketing programs and influencing diverse, multicultural matrix teams. Proficiency in CRM systems and tools, with a focus on applying data-driven insights to grow customer engagement and retention. Analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate market insights into relevant marketing strategies and tactics. Excellent project management skills, with experience managing complex, multi-partner projects from beginning to implementation.
