About the role The Marketing Director will be the leading AlayaCare's marketing strategic direction and team for the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region. Through the planning, strategy, scoping, and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns, you will help us to gain awareness of targeted prospects, deepen our relationships with existing clients, and build thought leadership and brand.

You will report to General Manager ANZ and be an integral part of the ANZ Executive Leadership team. You will have an exciting opportunity to nurture a world-class team in a fast-growing company and be able to establish new processes and measurement standards that will support the company's vision to be the market leader within the aged and disability care space.

More specifically, this role will: Set the strategic marketing direction for the ANZ region. Own the ANZ Marketing Team OKRs and budget to ensure we hit our performance targets. Establish a marketing framework each year that will enable local teams to execute and global teams to assist. Lead, support and develop the marketing team to execute on ANZ team objectives while positioning them to achieve their professional development goals by providing direction, mentorship and coaching. Manage and review the performance of ANZ marketing activities utilising data to predict, measure and revise tactics as necessary. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Product , Data Operations, Brand/Creative, Product Marketing and North American Marketing teams to ensure geographical alignment. Develop a deep understanding of our industry, customers, prospects and competitive landscape. Support Corporate Social Responsibility goals that will improve internal culture and communications. Be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and leading campaign efforts where required. Explore new opportunities, channels, ideas, partnerships and ways of working that will generate leads, delight our customers or grow our brand. About you You will be a dynamic and creative leader with extensive marketing experience, preferably working with global teams. More specifically you will have:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing. You're able to think strategically (beyond right now), and synthesize all available information to come up with solutions with impact. You're a strong leader, people love working for you and you bring out the best in them. You have experience building and inspiring high performing teams. Your stakeholder management skills are great and you easily build collaborative relationships with others across teams and jurisdictions. You're great on the tools and have a strong background in strategic campaign development and execution leading to prospect, customer and brand growth. Speaking of tools, you have knowledge of marketing platforms & technologies including HubSpot, Confluence, Asana, Uberflip, and Google Analytics. People are amazed at how organised you are as you can manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail on all of them. Underpinning your ability to do all of the above you have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well a knack for problem solving and data analytics. Exposure to an aged or disability care organisation or SaaS based environment is an asset, but not essential.
