As the Director Infrastructure Services – reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be leading a significant and broad directorate of dedicated individuals covering Design and Delivery, Asset Management, Works Operations, and Property Services.
A key focus of the role will be to embed a culture of continuous improvement, providing innovative inspiring leadership, together with an unwavering commitment to the Central Coast region, its people, and their future.

Focused upon delivering quality outcomes for the community, we are seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional leadership abilities.
Well-developed stakeholder management and advocacy skills are a must, as is the ability to interact with all levels of government.
Knowledge of relevant legislation within the Local Government context is essential, as is an understanding of the changing social, political, and economic issues facing the local government sector.
Lastly, the position will suit an individual who is passionate about community and people leadership, is committed to delivering on a long-term strategy, and who has a strong sense of integrity and ownership.
