Job Description As Director, you will be part of the PageGroup Sydney Operations team and lead a portfolio of disciplines based on your experience. You will report to the Senior MD & Co-Head of Australia. The role will collaborate closely with the broader leadership team across the state and country to drive performance, cultivate talent and expand our footprint in the region.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a portfolio of disciplines, leveraging your core skillset to drive excellence and innovation.Develop and execute strategies to foster talent, grow our business and enhance our market presence.Champion our DE&I agenda, with a focus on promotion of female leadership and fostering a culturally diverse team.Drive transformation initiatives, such as offshore candidate sourcing hubs, to achieve our desired future state and enhance operational efficiency.Mentor and coach emerging leaders, nurturing a pipeline of talent and fostering a growth mindset.Actively engage with customers, host events and contribute to revenue generation through referred and personal billings.
