Opportunity to lead up the Capital Works division of a Boutique Project Management consultancy that operates in the Tier 1 sector and is BOOMING.
This is a fast-growing consultancy that specialises in delivering innovative and transformative projects across various industries. In this role specifically, you will be tasked with building out and leading the Capital Works sector of this business. With a strong presence in NSW to leverage off already, you will continue to grow this sector in terms of clientele and the internal team, liaise with the Directors of the business to develop a strategic plan to take this consultancy across the East Coast of Australia, and manage a high volume portfolio of capital works projects.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related fieldProven track record of at least 10 years of experience operating in the Capital Works, Fit-Out, or Asset Management spaceA strong network of client relationships – This is non-negotiable, Think commercial offices & major retailersHave a strategic vision and previous experience in scaling businesses – You will work with the Directors to implement this visionRecruit and build out the team and divisionA good business acumen with the ability to network and develop this businessWhat's on offer: The chance to grow and develop a division and business and get rewarded for your hard workA friendly and welcoming culture with the chance to mentor and guide team membersA collaborative and relaxed leadership team producing professional resultsSocial events, EOFY drinks, Monthly lunches, and gatheringsThe opportunity to work closely alongside Directors from a tier-one delivery and consultancy background.A professional team is already in placeDepending on experience/background: Salary offering $250,000 - $300,000 Package + BonusesResponsibilities: Will oversee all projects in the retail and capital works division whilst training and mentoring staff – currently sitting at approx. 20Will form part of the senior management team with direct inbound reports and a strong say in executive decisions.Being able to bring in new work into the company long term is a mustPerformance bonus offered as part of the package
